All quotations are based on the specifications provided by the customer, including quantity, dimensions, material, finishing and artwork.

Quotations remain valid for the period stated unless otherwise indicated.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that all artwork submitted is accurate and print-ready.

Where artwork adjustments are required, additional design charges may apply.

Sahara Designers offers paid production samples upon request.

Sample costs may be credited towards qualifying bulk orders where agreed in writing.

Production timelines vary depending on:

Production will commence after:

Printed colours may vary slightly from digital screen previews due to differences in monitors, printing processes and materials.

Minor colour variations shall not be considered defects.

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary depending on courier services and destination.

Risk transfers to the customer once goods are dispatched to the agreed delivery service.

Customers confirm that they have the legal right to use all artwork, logos and trademarks submitted for printing.

Sahara Designers shall not be liable for any copyright or trademark infringements arising from customer-supplied artwork.

Sahara Designers’ liability shall be limited to the value of the products supplied.

We shall not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from delays, misuse or third-party actions.

We reserve the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updated versions will be published on this website.
