Returns & Refunds
Because Sahara Designers produces customised and personalised products, each order is manufactured according to the customer’s approved specifications.
Custom Printed Products
Due to the personalised nature of our products, custom printed items cannot be returned or exchanged unless:
- The product supplied differs significantly from the approved artwork.
- The wrong product was delivered.
- The product is defective due to a manufacturing error.
Samples
Paid samples are non-refundable unless a manufacturing defect is identified.
Artwork Approval
Customers are responsible for reviewing and approving artwork before production begins.
Once artwork has been approved, Sahara Designers cannot accept responsibility for spelling errors, incorrect information, colours or design elements approved by the customer.
Damaged Deliveries
If your order arrives damaged, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery and provide clear photographs of the packaging and products.
Refunds
We do not offer refunds under any circumstances.
Order Cancellations
Orders may only be cancelled before artwork approval and production commencement.
Once production has started, cancellations are not possible.
